ACCOUNT Manager
Lightbringer focuses on two different types of customers, large companies and start-ups. We work with the most exciting, innovative companies in the world: startups looking to solve world problems. Anything from companies that create mobile phones, cars, medicine to medical equipment. In other words, all the technology you can imagine.
You will be our founding account manager responsible for overseeing customer relationships in order to meet and exceed your target through expansion and upsell. As the founding account manager you’ll leverage your experience to tier relationships identifying high-growth opportunities and developing tailored plans to maximize their potential. Most meetings are virtual but expect to travel as needed to develop relationships through in person meetings, networking, participating in various fairs, conferences and start-up parties.
You will work hybrid but need to be at the office in Malmö at least three days a week when you are not traveling. In addition to a fixed basic salary, commission and bonus are added for your work.

Your profile
You have a 5 years of documented experience in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of growing and expanding customer accounts
Experience in selling SaaS, some of which was at an early stage startup
Experience in complex sales, value selling, solution selling
You have a huge drive
You are passionate about networking and building relationships coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you can articulate a value proposition clearly and compellingly.
You have a great interest in technology
Hard requirement that you speak fluent English & Swedish
A "builder" and "pioneer" at heart – you're comfortable with ambiguity, take initiative, and are excited by the challenge of establishing a presence in a new market for an early-stage company. Bonus if you’ve sold into a ‘category creation’ market before
Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage your time effectively and operate with a degree of autonomy.
