WHO YOU ARE

Lightbringer targets two distinct customer segments: large enterprises and startups.

During your first year, you'll focus on the Swedish startup and small business market, currently our largest revenue source, before expanding into the Nordics.

As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for these clients and for driving business through patent sales. You’ll be working with some of the world’s most exciting and innovative companies, from mobile phone manufacturers and car makers to nanotech, AI, and medtech startups. In short, every kind of technology you can imagine.

While we’re building a world-class, data-driven lead generation engine, it’s still your responsibility to ensure a strong enough pipeline to meet and exceed your targets.

Most meetings are virtual, but you’re also expected to network through trade shows, conferences, and startup events. Travel within Sweden, and eventually the Nordics, is part of the role.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with at least three days per week at our Malmö office when not traveling.

In addition to a fixed base salary, we offer commission, bonuses, and employee stock options.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least five years of documented B2B sales experience, with most of it in closing roles

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in early-stage startups

  • Strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit

  • A passion for networking and relationship-building, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can clearly and convincingly present a value proposition

  • Deep interest in technology

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (both required)

  • You’re a “builder” and “pioneer” at heart, you thrive in a changing environment, take initiative, and are drawn to the challenge of establishing a presence in a new market for an early-stage company. Bonus if you’ve previously sold into a completely new category

  • Structured and self-driven, with the ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
